We believe in a relational God. In fact, He wants to have a relationship with all of us. This relationship is possible because of what Jesus accomplished for us on the cross. Once a person believes in Jesus as their Lord and Savior, a relationship begins. As a church, we want to help people come to know Jesus and grow in that relationship. We believe this growth takes place in the context of trusting relationships with other believers in Jesus and that is why we have a church. God provided us with this give. This is how to receive it.
Learning about Him
We desire to help people progressively become like Jesus over time. In fact, Jesus wants us to follow Him with our whole heart. As a result, we desire to help people bring all of their lives under the leadership of Jesus. God has given us the Bible to be our guide for life. In our classes and other study and service meeting we focus on what the Bible teaches and how it applies to your life. It is designed to help you learn practical biblical skills for essential areas of life, such as marriage, parenting, vocation, stewardship, biblical manhood, biblical womanhood and how to develop our relationship with Jesus.
Part of being a disciple of Jesus includes service. We are to serve in the church and outside the church. We will help you discover your area of passion to serve and, as a result, you will make an impact for the Kingdom of Jesus Christ. There are three aspects.
Sending out - not sit quietly and wait, but to go out into the world to share the good news of the Gospel.
Sharing the Gospel - boldly and lovingly proclaiming the good news of the Gospel with others around them.
Serving our World - Actions speak louder than words. Serving others allows our church family to serve with God's love though using our time, talents, and treasures.
